The Institute of HeartMath, a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) educational and research corporation has numerous programs, workshops, Webinars and various other tools and resources available to veterans and military families.

Here is just a sampling of what the IHM has to offer:

De-Stress Workshops
The Institute of HeartMath offers a variety of De-Stress Workshops for military families. Spouses and veterans will learn how to better cope with stressful situations, arguments, disappointments, change, and a variety of other issues that pertain to living the military way of life.

De-Stress Workshops for children include Shift and Shine which is for kids ages 3-6; Heart Shift is for kids ages 7-12; and Quick Coherence is for kids ages 13-18.

De-Stress Kit for the Changing Times
Written by Doc Childre, the founder of HeartMath, this kit contains simple strategies that individuals can use to help them deal with stress during periods of change and uncertainty. The kit is available as a PDF as well as an audio file.

HeartMath Education and Resiliency Training DVD
This free DVD is an excellent tool that teaches current and former servicemembers scientifically-based strategies to help build resiliency and better cope with high pressure and stressful situations.

E-Booklets
Choose from a wide variety of free e-booklets created to help improve well-being and resiliency.

Families with Children
Numerous Webinars for parents and kids of all ages. Additional material includes articles and social media sites.
